Tell the IURC and Duke you oppose a 20 year energy plan which puts customers and the planet in peril!

It's clear from Duke's current rate case: coal is costing us too much! Duke's plans would line the pockets of shareholders at the expense of Hoosier families and our planet - pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into increasing its use of coal through the rest of the decade. That's why over 5,000 Hoosiers wrote state regulators opposing Duke's plans to double down on coal.

On November 1, 2024 Duke filed an Integrated Resource Plan with state regulators to extend its use of coal at the Gibson Super Polluter until 2038, and to significantly reduce the amount of renewable energy it will deliver to customers before 2035. Hoosiers need Duke to build clean, affordable, renewable energy now.

Duke is the worst: it is the largest, dirtiest electric provider in Indiana, supplying Hoosiers with almost no renewable energy and continuing to double down on coal. It's time for that to change.

Tell the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and Duke that Duke must end its reliance on expensive and polluting coal and bring a transition to affordable, renewable energy to Hoosiers!
